What does the program look like?

  • 6 week online program.
  • 3 new exercises each week (stretch, strengthen, introductory no impact cardio) that are meant to replace the exercises from the previous week.
  • Less than 15 mins a day, do all at once or spread throughout your day.
  • We will explain how to do the exercises, why they are important and symptoms to watch for.
  • Progress difficulty of exercises each week
  • The purpose of these exercises is to remind your core muscles what they are supposed to be doing after your pregnancy.
  • Our goal is to get you safely through a very important time for healing and provide you with a foundation to progress to your favourite exercise.
